After identifying gender equality as one of our top sustainability areas we have gone from hiring 34 % women in 2019 to 53 % women in 2020 and 42 % women in 2021. Our overall goal is for the entire organization to reach gender equality in all departments and sites, and on all levels of management.
During this lunch event, we will also introduce you to some great women at Lime, our Consultant Manager Hanna Benjaminsson (alumni of Linköping University), our Customer Success Manager Louise Nordqvist and our People and Culture professional Eva Boynton. They will present their own career path and what a typical day at Lime can look like.
